He has been involved in transactions exceeding $1 billion in total value. He also has legal, international and political experience. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and has served as corporate and securities counsel in a national law firm and in a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Bailey has been involved in transactions involving companies in the Far East, South America, the Middle East and Europe. He has also worked as a Chief of Staff for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where he served as chief advisor to the Congressman on political, legislative, personnel and other matters.
