HealthStream Acquires The Jackson Organization

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (May 2007)—Bailey Southwell & Co., LLC (BSC) announces the completion of the purchase of The Jackson Organization (TJO), a privately held leader in healthcare research, by HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM), a leading provider of research and learning solutions for the healthcare industry. The transaction, valued at $12.65 million, was closed on March 12, 2007.

Building on the success of HealthStream’s existing research business, HealthStream recently launched HealthStream Research™ concurrently with the acquisition of TJO.
