Christopher Murrey
A Principal, Mr. Murrey brings over fourteen years of commercial and corporate banking experience to Bailey Southwell & Co.. Prior to BSC, he spent seven years at Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) where he built and managed a loan portfolio exceeding $150 million in assets that included a diverse client base ranging from residential real estate to family entertainment concerns. Mr. Murrey was previously an investment banker with Morgan Keegan’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Nashville, TN, as well as with Capital South Partners, where he participated in early stage private equity capital raising. Mr. Murrey received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
